Old to New - New to Old

We love to turn an old bathroom into a new modern one but we also like to turn a modern bathroom into old fashioned one.
We have done a job recently where the look was Edwardian and the customer was pleased as punch about how the end result was. It was done in an old home but by having the renovation of the bathroom done, value has now been added to the property.
How would you like your bathroom renovated? Modern or Old fashioned?
